Ads & Social Media Specialist
We are looking for an experienced paid media specialist who can also help manage social, working across our client accounts from our Collingwood studio.
Paid media is the heart of this role: you own ad strategy, build and optimise campaigns, and report on what is actually moving the numbers across every client we run. Alongside that, you help manage social media, pitching in on planning, scheduling, and keeping the day-to-day humming on the accounts that need it.
We want someone who raises the ceiling on what we deliver. You should know paid media deeply enough to question our setup, spot the waste, and make the call on where budget goes. Come in part-time to find your rhythm with the team, with a clear path to more as the accounts grow.
Tasks
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google for a portfolio of client accounts
- Own budget pacing, bidding, and audience strategy, and make the call on where spend works hardest
- Report on performance in plain language, with a clear read on what to do next
- Help manage social media for selected accounts: content calendars, scheduling, and community
- Work alongside our creative and strategy side so ads and organic pull in the same direction
What we look for
- A minimum of two years running paid media in an agency or in-house, with results you can talk through
- Hands-on experience across Meta and Google, and comfort with the reporting that surrounds them
- Experience running multiple social media channels, with a genuine eye for what makes a feed worth following
- Organised enough to juggle several accounts without dropping the detail
- Melbourne-based and happy to work from our Collingwood studio
